- Discover and promote innovation and
excellence in the use of ICTs
- Encourage, promote and support future
development of the Digital Arts as a viable
agent for economic development in Jamaica by

- Market the concept that cultural industries
are legitimate and viable economic
activities
- Showcase the enabling power of new media on
key social and economic sectors
